📚 Project Vocabulary: Backlog 📚
Definition: A list of features or technical tasks which the team maintains and which, at a given moment, are known to be necessary and sufficient to complete a project or a release.
Example: In an agile software development project, the backlog would include all the user stories that need to be completed for the next release of the software. The team would prioritize and work through these stories in each sprint.
The project backlog is like a to-be-read pile of books, each one a story waiting to be told. 📖📝
