📚 Project Vocabulary: Project Constraints ⛓️
Definition: The limitations or restrictions on a project that can affect its performance. The three main project constraints are scope, time, and cost, often referred to as the “project management triangle.”
Example: In an event planning project, the constraints might be the venue capacity (scope), the date of the event (time), and the client’s budget (cost). The project manager must balance these constraints to ensure the project’s success.
Project constraints are like the walls of a maze, challenging us to find the path to success within their limits. 🗺️🧩
