📚 Project Vocabulary: Lesson Learned

📚 Project Vocabulary: Lesson Learned
Definition: The knowledge gained during a project which shows how project events were addressed or should be addressed in the future for the purpose of improving future performance.
Example: In a product launch project, a lesson learned might be that involving the sales team earlier in the planning process leads to smoother product rollouts. Capturing and sharing these insights helps the organization continuously improve.
Lessons learned are like seeds – when planted and nurtured, they grow into a garden of knowledge. 🌱📚
