Not Diagnose, Stabilize, or Lead Recovery. Not formal independent assurance. Not stabilization, recovery leadership, vendor management, implementation, or emergency / same-day guaranteed start.

Scheduling

Book from live calendar. We aim for availability within ~5 business days when capacity allows. This is not a guaranteed SLA. Booking and delivery clocks start only after payment + complete accepted intake.

Refunds

Cancel ≥48 hours before the session for a full refund. Cancel within 48 hours or no-show: no refund (one free reschedule if capacity allows). If Acute declines or cannot offer a workable slot after accepted intake, you get a full refund. If Acute cancels, choose full refund or reschedule.
