Privacy and Data Retention Policy Effective September 14, 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how Acute Project Management Consulting LLC, doing business as Acute PMC, handles information submitted through acutepmc.com and the service workflow, including conversation-start interventions and Focused Project Reviews. Information collected Acute PMC may receive contact information, payment confirmation, project intake responses, scheduling information, communications, and project materials you choose and are authorized to provide for one named initiative within posted caps. Complete payment-card details are processed by Stripe and are not intended to be collected directly by Acute PMC. Through website analytics (described under Cookies and analytics), Acute may also receive aggregated measurement data about site use. How information is used Information is used to process purchases, evaluate engagement fit, accept or decline intake, prepare for and deliver the purchased service, produce the applicable written deliverable or session summary, schedule and communicate with clients, maintain necessary business records, understand how the website is used, protect the service, respond to requests, and comply with legal obligations. Uploads and intake are not used for marketing or case studies without separate written consent. Information you should not submit Do not submit: - Information you lack authority to disclose - Passwords, API keys, tokens, VPN configs, private keys, .env files, connection strings, MFA backups, or other secrets - Complete payment-card information - Classified information - Entire program repositories, SharePoint/Confluence dumps, full ticket exports, email archives, or source code as primary input - PHI (Protected Health Information), government ID numbers, full SSNs, passport images, or similarly regulated sensitive information unless Acute PMC has separately approved an appropriate written handling arrangement Default: do not upload PHI. Minimize PII (prefer role titles over personal emails in artifacts when possible). If PHI or secrets appear unexpectedly, Acute will stop review, notify you, delete copies, and refund or re-scope without that material. Do not email project files, credentials, card data, or unusually sensitive documentation. Service providers Acute PMC may use only the provider categories needed for the workflow: payment processing (Stripe), scheduling, intake or forms, email, hosting, website analytics (Google Analytics), and approved file handling. Providers receive only the minimum access reasonably necessary and operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Access to client materials is limited to Andrew Davenport or a reviewer he designates in writing, plus those providers. Sharing Acute PMC does not sell client data, share client or project information for advertising, or use intake or project information for behavioral advertising. Information may be disclosed to verified providers only as reasonably necessary to deliver the service or operate the website, when the client authorizes the disclosure, or when disclosure is required by law. Retention and deletion Acute PMC is not a document-storage or records-management service. Clients are responsible for retaining their own source materials and delivered work product. - Working copies of submitted project files: retained only as needed to deliver the SKU, then 30 days after fulfillment or refund, then deleted from Acute-controlled working storage. You may request earlier deletion after delivery; Acute will confirm in writing. No promise of certified destruction beyond standard delete from Acute-controlled storage. - Intake responses and internal working notes: may be retained up to 90 days after engagement completion, then deleted unless a legitimate business or legal requirement justifies retention. - Final deliverable, terms record, and essential business correspondence: may be retained approximately three years. - Payment, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, and legally required records (including Stripe records): kept as reasonably necessary — not the same clock as file retention. - Provider backups may persist according to provider capabilities. - Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings and Google’s practices. Cookies and analytics The site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) via Google’s gtag.js for aggregated website measurement. Google Tag Manager is not required for this setup and is not used solely for its own sake. GA4 may set or read cookies or similar identifiers and may collect categories such as pages viewed and approximate navigation path; approximate location, device, and browser information; referral or traffic source; and aggregated session and engagement metrics. Acute does not intend to send project names, project details, intake answers, uploaded-document content, or payment-card details to analytics. The site does not intentionally use Meta Pixel, LinkedIn advertising pixels, session replay, remarketing or behavioral advertising tags, or other advertising trackers unless separately approved in writing. Security Acute PMC uses data minimization and limits access to information needed for service delivery. Approved providers should use least-privilege access, MFA where supported, appropriate encryption capabilities, documented deletion workflows, and reasonable incident escalation. No transmission or storage method is completely secure. Privacy choices and requests Privacy questions and reasonable access, correction, or deletion requests: Andrew.Davenport@acutepmc.com. Acute PMC may verify the requester, log the request, coordinate with relevant providers, complete handling that is appropriate and legally available, and document closure. Do not send project files, credentials, complete payment-card information, or unusually sensitive documentation with a privacy request. You may also use browser controls to limit cookies. Google provides additional controls for Analytics; blocking analytics cookies may affect measurement accuracy. Children The website and consulting engagements are intended for business users and are not directed to children. Changes Acute PMC may update this policy as services, providers, or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page when published.
