3. Critical Project Recovery — Lead Recovery

When: Leadership capacity/coordination gap requires Acute to direct recovery under explicit written delegation.

Boundary: Acute holds named recovery leadership within tolerances; client workstream teams and vendors still perform assigned work; client retains business/technical approvals.

Contrast: Independent recovery leadership ≠ SI takeover. Complementary surge under a prime means capacity under an incumbent—not replacing the prime.

How the services differ

Choose by the work required

  • When status is unclear or evidence is disputed: Project Clarity — Diagnose.

  • When project control is broken but a client leader can receive a reset: Critical Project Rescue — Stabilize.

  • When dedicated recovery leadership is missing: Critical Project Recovery — Lead Recovery.

  • Active production incidents remain with the client’s incident-response authorities; Acute PMC does not advertise 24×7 emergency response.

  • Acute PMC may decline work when evidence access, mandate, or scope does not support a credible engagement.
