Step 2: We review for caps and prohibited content.

Step 3: When we accept complete intake, your delivery clock starts. Accepting intake does not lock refunds by itself.

Step 4: You can receive a full refund until we start the review. After work starts, change-of-mind refunds are not available. If we cannot deliver, we will make it right.
