Information handling

Do not upload PHI, credentials, secrets, passwords, API keys, or repositories. No full SharePoint/ticket dumps as primary input. Supported: PDF, PPTX, PPT, DOCX, DOC, XLSX, CSV (within caps). Acute treats uploads as confidential client materials used only to fulfill this purchase.

Refunds

You can cancel for a full refund until we start the review. Accepting your intake starts our delivery clock — it doesn’t lock your payment until work begins.

After work starts, change-of-mind refunds aren’t available; disagreeing with our findings isn’t a refund ground. If we can’t deliver, we’ll make it right.
