You receive a written review of approximately 3-5 pages. Findings are based on the supplied materials. This review does not independently verify the underlying project through interviews or access to live systems.

Pre-read video and full repository, SharePoint, or ticket exports are outside this review scope.
Information handling
Do not send protected health information, credentials, passwords, API keys, or materials you are not authorized to disclose. Client materials are used to fulfill the purchase and handled under the Privacy Policy.
Scope and timing
This is a review of one status package. It does not include interviews, live-system access, code review, forensic investigation, or multiple projects. It is not a formal audit, attestation, or independent assurance engagement.
How it works for existing orders
For an existing order, the $995 fixed-price review was purchased through Stripe checkout. New purchases are no longer accepted.
Complete intake. Provide authorized materials within the limits above. Acute confirms when complete intake is accepted.
Receive your written review. Delivery is typically within five business days after accepted intake. Incomplete or out-of-scope materials do not start that clock.
Clarify the findings. Use the optional call if needed.
Broader project help
Diagnose, Stabilize, and Lead Recovery are separate engagements discussed with Acute. No additional engagement or charge follows automatically.
The typical five-business-day turnaround begins after complete intake is accepted. It is not a contractual service-level agreement or emergency-response commitment.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel for a full refund before substantive review work begins, including after intake is accepted.
Once work starts, change-of-mind refunds are unavailable. Disagreement with the findings is not grounds for a refund. If Acute cannot complete the service, an appropriate refund or remedy remains available under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Will this tell me whether the entire project is healthy?
It assesses what the submitted status package supports and where evidence is missing. It does not independently verify every aspect of the project.
Does the price include recovery leadership?
No. Diagnose, Stabilize, and Lead Recovery are separate engagements discussed with Acute. No additional engagement or charge follows automatically.
When does the delivery clock start?
After payment and Acute confirms that complete, in-scope intake has been accepted.
