CRITICAL PROJECT HELP

Critical project at risk? Start with the decision in front of you.

Tell us the decision or deadline in front of you. We’ll propose a bounded intervention — a Go/No-Go sprint, recovery triage, a vendor reset, a mobilization week or delegated recovery leadership. Nothing to buy to start.

Reviewed during business hours; we reply by email. Not a 24/7 emergency service.

Which situation is closest to yours?

Each option targets one problem. Each engagement runs by agreed scope and availability, confirmed in writing before any work starts.

LAUNCH OR CUTOVER IS APPROACHING

Go/No-Go Decision Sprint

You leave with: A sponsor-owned go, delay or fallback recommendation for one cutover, backed by challenged readiness and rollback evidence.

Engagement by agreed scope and availability. One cutover and one critical journey. Not a technical certification or production approval.

$5,000 USD fixed fee

Temporary card hold only, not a charge or confirmed start. Written scope, authority, named capacity, dates and terms precede capture. Cancel before acceptance for full release.

RISKY MILESTONE, NO CREDIBLE NEXT MOVE

Critical Project Recovery Triage

You leave with: A sponsor decision meeting and a seven-day action board built on challenged evidence, with one authorized management action checked through.

Engagement by agreed scope and availability. No fixed turnaround or start date until capacity is confirmed in writing.

$2,500 USD fixed fee

Temporary card hold only, not a charge or confirmed start. Written scope, authority, named capacity, dates and terms precede capture. Cancel before acceptance for full release.

VENDOR DEADLOCK

Vendor Recovery Reset

You leave with: Documented ownership and acceptance commitments for one critical integration — or an evidence-backed escalation if they cannot be agreed.

Engagement by agreed scope and availability. No guaranteed agreement or authority over vendor contracts.

$5,000 USD fixed fee

Temporary card hold only, not a charge or confirmed start. Written scope, authority, named capacity, dates and terms precede capture. Cancel before acceptance for full release.

RECOVERY PLAN AGREED, EXECUTION MISSING

Recovery Mobilization Week

You leave with: A bounded first-week coordination cadence under an agreed mandate, with a qualified available PM, founder oversight, action ledger and handoff.

Engagement by agreed scope and availability. A five-day working format only when a named PM and client owners are available and the signed scope confirms dates. Not full Project Rescue.

$10,000 USD fixed fee

Temporary card hold only, not a charge or confirmed start. Written scope, authority, named capacity, dates and terms precede capture. Cancel before acceptance for full release.

LEADERSHIP GAP OR CONTROL BREAKDOWN

Critical Project Recovery — Lead Recovery

You leave with: A delegated recovery lead under written authority, driving a measured recovery cadence through to handoff.

Custom engagement · quoted by SOW. Starts only once a qualified lead is confirmed available. Your executives keep approvals. No immediate start or 24/7 cover.

YOUR CHALLENGE DOESN’T FIT THE CATEGORIES

Other / Custom Engagements

You leave with: A tailored discussion of enterprise transitions, M&A separation, specialist project management support or another critical intervention — with a specific scope and next decision.

Custom engagement · quoted by SOW. We confirm fit, available capability, authority, price and dates before agreeing to work. No standing staffing bench is implied.

Send a private request

Four required information fields and one required acknowledgment; about two minutes. Optional context helps us prepare.

Please don’t include patient data (PHI), passwords or confidential documents. No attachments — if documents are needed later, we’ll agree a secure route.

What happens next: when the form goes through, the button changes to “Sent”. We review requests during business hours and reply by email to propose a next step, such as a short scoping call. A request is not a purchase, contract or confirmed start date; scope, staffing, schedule and price are agreed in writing.

Prefer email, or did the form not send? Write to Andrew.Davenport@acutepmc.com — please follow the same no-sensitive-information rule.

COMMERCIAL DETAILS

The standalone Status Readout Review is not accepting new orders; existing orders keep their published terms.
